Receptionist - $21.00

Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Our client, a premier automotive customization and restoration shop, is recruiting a receptionist to be the welcoming face of their high-performance operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where classic cars meet cutting edge design. 

What you get to do:

• Manage front desk operations and greet customers professionally
• Communicate via email with clients and insurance companies
• Prepare and send estimates for repair work
• Coordinate with insurance providers to facilitate post-accident repairs
• Receive and process payments
• Support general office tasks and maintain organized records 

What you need to be successful:

• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to multitask and stay organized

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM 

Pay: $21.00
