Water Treatment Systems Engineer! Growing Company! Weekends Off!

Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Water Treatment Engineer for a local company in Bellingham! In this role, you will lead the hands-on modification, maintenance, and operation of reverse osmosis water systems and the experimental design and analysis of tests. This role encompasses mechanical, electrical, and operational responsibilities required to keep our test skids operating reliably and accurately. The right candidate will be driven and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

• DOE $70,000- $80,000

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Improve, operate, maintain, and build mechanical and electrical components of reverse osmosis water treatment systems
• Develop testing protocols
• Understand product parameters
• Running, testing, and system cleaning, creating feedwater, and monitoring wastewater discharge
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Maintain Equipment
• Utilize data tools and spreadsheets to prepare test results
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas regularly
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report issues
