Job Summary:  Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is partnering with a local manufacturer in Bellingham to find an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their team! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity that offers competitive pay, generous paid time off, and weekends off!

Responsibilities & Qualifications Include:

• Receives inbound calls and emails from clients
• Comfortably communicate with clients, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process
• Manage and update leads/clients in Salesforce
• Prepares quotations, invoices, and other documents, using MS Office and Salesforce
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing and Production to set schedules and provide information
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to enhance sales strategies
• Ability to follow sales process, completing all necessary steps, and documentation requirements
