Lead Sanitation - Enhance your leadership skills!

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a leading provider of cold storage solutions, specializing in the safe and efficient storage of perishable goods. Committed to excellence in sanitation and hygiene, and we are seeking a dedicated Lead Sanitation professional to join their team.

As the Lead Sanitation, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety within the facility. You will lead a team of sanitation workers, ensuring that storage areas are consistently sanitized and free from contaminants. Your attention to detail and commitment to following rigorous sanitation protocols will be instrumental in upholding the quality of products stored.

What you get to do:

• Assign, manage and supervise the sanitation night crew.

• Coordinate the sanitation crew and delegate sanitation duties on a daily and weekly basis.

• Oversee and supervise the waste disposal procedures.

• Clean and sanitize the wastewater filtration system.

•  Ensure all production PPE gear is properly cleaned and dried each day

• Ensure all processing equipment that was used, is properly cleaned and sanitized each day.

•  Perform outside cleaning as needed

•  Responsible for completing sanitation forms and checklists

What you need to be successful:

• Experience with cleaning solutions and solvents.

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience leading a team

• Highly organized and able to complete forms and paperwork.

Pay: $19.28

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 2:00PM until work is complete
