Receptionist - $21.00

Our client, a trusted social services organization has partnered with Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon to recruit for an organized and professional Receptionist. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and assisting with administrative tasks that help provide essential services to the community.

• Provide accurate information and referrals to local support agencies
• Assist homeless families and individuals in crisis with professionalism and empathy, ensuring they receive the appropriate resources and guidance.
• Create a welcoming and supportive environment while handling administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining a positive, organized front-office experience 

What you need to be successful:

• Communication: Professional phone etiquette, active listening
• Organization: Scheduling, records management, multitasking
• Customer Service: Welcoming attitude, resolving inquiries 

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM 

Pay: $21.00
