Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals is seeking production and assembly technicians to join a high-end company in Bellingham! The right person for this role would have at least one year of hands-on experience in production or assembly, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable, work independently, possess excellent communication skills, and be looking to join a meaningful and mission-driven company.

Pay:
- $20.00-$25.00 to start DOE
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
-Prepare, assemble, and trim components and products
-Operate semi-automated production equipment
-Set up and operate test equipment. Collect data using automated and manual tools based off procedures
-Learn and follow verbal and written work instructions
-Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety guidelines
-Be able to communicate issues and identify potential solutions
-Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of process and equipment
