In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, operating machinery, testing electrical components, cleaning finished products, loading raw materials,  ensuring quality control throughout the production process, and more. Pay: $18.00-$23.00/HR with increases every three months for the 1st year

Location:

Burlington, WA

Shifts: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm -6:00 am with a rotating schedule.

* Your initial shift may vary for training *

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to position.
• Clean and prepare workstations and machines.
• Assemble and test components and ensure adherence to specified requirements, soldering experience is an asset.
• Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems.
• Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies.
• Check final assembly for the finish, labeling, and packaging methods.
• Ensure profitable business operations.
• Complete other tasks as required and/or directed.
• Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures and related labor laws.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, ability to distinguish between colors.
• Intermediate computer literacy; ability to analyze and interpret data read-outs.
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, leads, coworkers, etc.
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot basic issues with machinery/position.
• Soldering experience is an asset
