Customer Service Representative - Monday – Friday - $19.00

At Express Employment Professionals in Mount Vernon, we connect talented individuals with exceptional opportunities. Our client, a reputable insurance company, is recruiting a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join their team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring their customers receive the support they need. You will get to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about insurance products and services. 

What you get to do:

• Assist customers in understanding insurance policies, claims, and coverage options
• Process policy changes, payments, and other service requests
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction 

What you need to be successful:

• Sales
• Customer Service
• Detail Oriented
• Organized
• Ability to multitask
• Quick Learner
• Bilingual in English and Spanish would be ideal but not required
• Already licensed in property, casual, disability, and life OR willing get licensed and be reimbursed 

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 9AM to 5:00PM 

Pay: $19.00
