Job Summary: Join our family-owned lumber company in Everson as a Lumber Grader! This long-term opportunity offers room for growth. We are looking for our next dedicated team member who loves working in the elements and enjoys the physical aspects of this position.

Pay: $26.94/hour to start with a pay increase after the probationary period

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am Start Time-Enjoy every Friday off!

What you get to do:

• Evaluate and grade products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Requires proficiency in lumber grading
• Flip boards by hand and accurately grade them to ensure the quality of standards are being met.
• Communicate with the supervisor on how the product is turning out.
• Must have previous lumber grading experience
