Job Summary:  Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham has partnered with a local financial firm in Bellingham to find an experienced Client Service Associate to join their team! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity that offers competitive pay and benefits.  

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour DOE

Position Type: Evaluation Hire           

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Location: Bellingham, WA

Responsibilities & Qualifications Include:

• Client account servicing and maintenance such as preparing documents associated with new accounts, held away positions and alternative investments, monitoring account transfers, rollovers, and incoming funds, annual RMDs
• Processing fund transactions, including check requests, wires, and ACH
• Advisor support for account review summaries, portfolio performance reports
• Trade support for advisors, including periodic & recurring buys/sells
• Accounting for and tracking held-away positions, activity, redemptions, and reconciliation
• Processing and distribution of estate accounts, death & divorce account transitions
• Support of other daily administrative tasks, including phone calls, scheduling appointments, contact updates, and other front office support
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 7, 63, and 65)
• Associate or bachelor’s degree with a focus on business or finance
• Prior industry experience
• Experience with Redtail CRM
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (ie, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and other Office 365 products
