Warehouse Technician - Packaging - $19.00 - $23.00 (DOE)

Express Employment Professionals is proud to partner with a leading seed supplier in the Burlington area to hire a Warehouse Technician for a full-time, long-term opportunity. What you get to do:

• Efficiently run and clean required seed conditioning, seed enhancement and packaging equipment in the Logistics Department.
• Assist in the maintenance of equipment in the Logistics Department.
• Process seed through milling equipment during the milling busy season under the Milling Lead supervision.
• Package seed during the packaging busy season under the Packaging Lead supervision.
• Report to the Packaging Lead. Primary focus is on packaging, secondary is milling.
• Meet or exceed established target throughput for assigned area(s) while maintaining our quality requirements.
• Support other Logistics workstations or company departments during slow times as assigned or approved by Leads or Assistant Operations Manager. Additional

  responsibilities may be required while working in other departments.

• Learn and utilize the inventory ERP system, D365. Must be able to process WO’s through D365 successfully and understand how to lookup inventory and quality

  information.

• Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work station. Proactively assist other areas in the department to maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse.
• Comply with SAI, State and Federal Safety requirements and promote company programs that can minimize injuries, lost time, product loss and damage.
• Additional tasks may be assigned by Leads or Assistant Operations Manager as needed.

• Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines
• Ability to handle stress, especially when encountering necessary projects, deadlines and/or high workload

Location: Burlington, WA

Full Time - Evaluation Hire

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 (DOE)

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM
