Job Summary: A family-owned lumber company in Everson is hiring a lumber puller! This is a long-term opportunity to work as a Lumber Green Chain puller with room for growth and training opportunities. This is a fast-paced position that allows for growth within the company, as well as hiring bonuses of $100 after your first week, $200 after 30 days, and $300 after 90 days!

Pay: $23.30/hour to start with a pay increase after the probationary period

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am-4:00 pm

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Location: Everson, WA

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:

-Training opportunities with different departments

-Working in an open covered area

-Pulling and sorting lumber

-Feeding and trimming lumber

-Learning and assisting in all phases of planer operation, including setup, maintenance, and repair of planer equipment

-Working on the Green Chain Line

-Yard cleanup, such as weed eating, paper wrapping, and more

-Lifting to 75lbs as needed

-This is a safety-sensitive position, and a federal drug screen is required
