IT Support Technician - Short-Term IT Role with Big Impact

Our client, a prominent medical facility, is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Technician for a temporary position. In this role, you will provide essential technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems that are crucial to delivering quality patient care to include rolling out 500 new workstations and collecting 500 old workstations for lease return. 

What you get to do:

• Collaborate with IT staff
• Travel to various locations
• Prepare and deploy new devices to the user community
• Ensure devices are operational and meet user needs
• Install necessary applications (e.g., Imprivata, Cisco AnyConnect, Adobe Pro)
• Configure printers
• Save and restore Chrome and Edge bookmarks
• Save and restore browser saved passwords
• Ensure Outlook is properly configured
• Configure multiple displays as needed

What you need to be successful:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong knowledge and experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Expertise in workstation rollout and implementation
• Associate's degree in an IT-related field is strongly preferred
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or CCNA certifications are highly desired 

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM

 Pay: $27.54 - $65.00 (DOE)
