Maintenance Helper - Temporary Position - $21.36

We are recruiting a Maintenance Helper on behalf of our client, a company specializing in the manufacturing of advanced composite materials and structures located in Skagit County. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team at the forefront of innovation in industries such as aerospace, defense, and industrial applications.

As a Maintenance Helper, you will engage in hands-on work, utilize and develop your mechanical skills, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

What you get to do:

• General repairs of conveyers, forklifts, other machines etc.
• Preventative maintenance on all machines
• Changing out air filters, valves, etc.

Maintenance around the facility:

• Changing out light bulbs
• Painting and power washing
• Debris clearing
• Ensuring the facility stays tidy
• Forklift operation

What you need to be successful:

• Two years of facility experience in a factory environment.
• Ability to certify for safe operation of a floor cleaner, forklift, and scissor lift operation
• Ability to occasionally lift items no greater than 50 lbs. Be able to work outside in all weather conditions. 

Pay: $21.36

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM
