Telecom Construction Worker - Direct Hire Opportunity

Our client, a telecommunications company, is building the future of connectivity and they need skilled hands to do it!

As a Construction Worker, you will play a key role in infrastructure development for fiber optic and wireless networks. If you are hardworking, safety-conscious, and ready to work in the field rain or shine, we want to hear from you!

What you get to do:

Preps sites for underground Telecom installations

Manually locates buried utility lines

Fits together the proper conduit for the job at hand

Places and maintains cable/fiber within underground conduit system

Organizes supplies and materials for scheduled jobs

Loads and unloads compactor/materials

Sets Taps and Nids on buildings

Pull cable/fiber through existing conduit

Leaves work area neat using rakes, brooms and shovels

Maintains right-of-ways, including patching roadways and backfill areas

Installs and maintains pedestals, carrier sites and equipment at subscriber locations

Operates digging and trenching equipment

All tasks are done outdoors

Operate as a Team Member

Other duties as assigned 

What you need to be successful:

Valid Washington State Driver’s license and Insurance

Ability to travel through Canada-US border 

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM 

Pay: $22.00 - $36.00 (DOE)
