Pay: $85,000-$120,000/year DOE

Shift: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm to 6:00 am        

Location: Skagit County

Position Type: Direct Hire

This company is looking for a candidate that matches the qualifications below.

-Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience (Engineering preferred).

-Minimum 7 years working in a Process Improvement, Quality, or Operational Excellence organization, and

-Minimum 5 years in a company with a strong, recognized Lean & Six Sigma program and culture.

-Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience managing large-scale, x-functional projects.

-Proven record of results management in a matrix environment.

-Demonstrated Minitab proficiency and teaching Minitab to others.

-Ability to travel as required.

Job duties include a variety of tasks and skill sets you would obtain from the qualifications listed to include:

-Strategy Deployment Process

-Facilitate plant planning processes

-Facilitate chain mapping to support budgeting processes and production processes

-Coordinate with all departments to prioritize, lead, develop, and plan Lean & Six Sigman projects and Kaizen targets

-Assist in developing white, yellow, orange, and green belts and develop program maturity roadmap to include, coaching,  metrics, and goals

-Conduct benchmarking, assist in Root Cause Analysis, and implementation of corrective action

-Support site management and personnel in improving processes

-Support safety, product engineering, operations, and sales teams to gain the highest level of safety processes

-Manage budget targets and financial reporting on Lean & Six Sigman and Kaizen projects
