Production Lead Head

Location: Burlington, WA  

Pay rate: $20.50-$22.50 (DOE)

Schedule:

12-hour rotating shifts, day shift

What you get to do: 

• Demonstrate leadership and ensure compliance with company departments and policies for their shift while performing regular work assignments on the production line.

What you need to be successful:

• High School diploma or equivalent 
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, either day or night 
• Team and customer oriented 
• Attention to detail 
• Hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, ability to distinguish between colors 
• Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions in English  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of production experience
• Soldering experience
