Community Maintenance Attendant, Seasonal and part-time!

Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is hiring a Maintenance Attendant for a Gated Community! Clean your way through Fall and enjoy part-time hours and weekends off!

Pay: Earn $19.00/HR. 

Position Type: Temporary/ Seasonal through October

Schedule: 7:30 AM-12:00 PM

Location: Birch Bay, WA

Responsibilities and qualifications may include:

-Cleaning restrooms, refilling paper products and soap dispensers, there are several restrooms in the Community to attend to

-Empty trash and replace liners in several restrooms and communal areas

-Change out the dog station and refill the bags, clean up as needed in the grassy areas

-Clean all shared areas as well as the Club House

-Pulling weeds in garden areas and berms

-Wash windows

-Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
